Join us from the comfort of your own home with a live ZOOM class!

The live class is 30 minutes and is perfect for all fitness levels, no experience required. Instructions and modifications are provided for all exercises to make it work for you! All you need is a device to stream the class on, a mat, and an area big enough to safely move around.

Can’t make it live? All workouts will be recorded and emailed so you can access them for 3 days after class! You can replay at your convenience, go back and review certain parts, or do the workout again!

Join Be Grounded In Grace for an in-person pop-up mat Pilates class at different locations across Cincinnati and surrounding areas. I am excited to partner with various shops and local groups to offer classes that fit their needs and are at their location. Check the calendar for specific details. FAQ for Pilates Class

  • Who is this class for? What If I have never done Pilates?
    • Pilates is low impact and great for all fitness levels, no experience needed. I will provide modifications, and you can move at your own pace to make it work for your body. Make sure you check with your doctor that you are healthy enough for exercise. You must be able to lie on your back comfortably. All exercise is done at your discretion.
  • What do I need?
    • A MAT! Pilates mats are typically a little thicker (1/4” to 1/2” or thicker if desired!) to allow for additional cushion. It is perfectly fine to use a thinner yoga mat, but you may want to use a small towel for cushion if needed. I personally use a 1/2” mat.
    • Also, I would recommend having water and staying hydrated.
  • What should I wear?
    • Wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in easily.
    • Mat Pilates is typically done barefoot, but feel free to wear socks if that is more comfortable for you. Exercise or non-slip socks are a safer option.  
  • How do I pay?
    • I accept Venmo or Paypal. When paying through an app, make sure your name and class date is in the memo/notes section.
